LONDON, CMC – Reggae Boy Jamal Lowe scored his fifth goal of the Championship season but his first in nearly five weeks as Swansea City lost their first in four outings with a 2-1 defeat to Middlesbrough on Saturday.

The 29-year-old equalized in the 59th minute at home to cancel out Sam Greenwood’s 43rd-minute opener, which gave the visitors a crucial lead, before substitute Samuel Silvera came off the bench to net the winner in the 78th.

Swansea’s loss left them 18th in the standings with 25 points, while Middlesbrough moved up to 13th with 30 points.

The visitors were ahead just moments before half-time against the run of play when Matt Crooks put through Greenwood, who put his finish beyond the reach of goalkeeper Carl Rushworth.

Down 1-0 at the break, the hosts hit back through Lowe, the six-footer heading in Josh Tymon’s cross nearly quarter-of-an-hour into the second half.

On the field for only eight minutes as a 72nd-minute replacement for Greenwood, Silvera won the game for the visitors with a well-taken free kick.

In League One, teenager Shaq Forde came off the bench to score one of two late goals as Leyton Orient came from behind to beat Cheltenham Town 2-1 at Whaddon Road.

The visitors, reduced to 10 men in the 18th minute after Ben Williams was sent off for a second yellow, led through Will Goodwin’s 68th-minute penalty.

Forde, 19, the son of former Barbados international Fabian Forde, equalized in the 89th minute with a deflected shot after entering the game 74th, before Ethan Galbraith grabbed the winner deep in stoppage.

Jordan Greenidge netted a brace in the National League South as Tonbridge Angels blanked Dartford 4-0 at Longmead Stadium.

The 23-year-old Greenidge, the younger brother of Guyana international Reiss Greenidge, scored in the 22nd and the 78th minutes.
