ROSEAU, Dominica, CMC—High Court judge Justice Collin Williams Friday dismissed charges of incitement against former prime minister Edion James, the leader of the main opposition United Workers Party (UWP), Dr. Thomson Fontaine, and his predecessor, Lennox Linton.

According to the charge against them, on February 7th, 2017, they were involved in incitement by encouraging, persuading, or instigating by words, causing persons to jeopardize the safety or endanger the public peace following a UWP meeting at which calls were made for Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit’s resignation.
