JAMAICA-Cubans were found trespassing on hotel property and were questioned by police.

KINGSTON, Jamaica, CMC – The police in the northern parish of Trelawny, on Saturday, started processing 10 Cuban nationals who were reportedly trespassing on the grounds of a hotel in the parish

According to police reports, the Cubans were discovered around 2:00 am(local time) on the property of the Excellence Resort.

The Jamaica Observer on Saturday said while the group was spotted on a section of the property, it was after one went to a staff member and asked for a phone charger that the hotel realized that they were not guests at the facility.

It’s reported that understood hospitality was shown to the group as the hotel awaited the arrival of the police, who were called.

They were later taken to a hospital in the parish capital of Falmouth.
