Miami, FL, CMC – The road to the 2027 Concacaf Champions Cup will begin taking shape on May 26, when the official draw for the 2026 Concacaf Caribbean Cup is conducted in Miami, Florida.

The fourth edition of the region’s premier club competition will feature a 10-team field, with three clubs already securing their berths.

Additional clubs will be confirmed in the coming weeks via domestic leagues and the CFU Club Shield.

The tournament opens with a Group Stage featuring two groups of five clubs each. Every team will play four matches (two home, two away) across five scheduled weeks, August 4 to September 17.

The top two finishers from each group advance to the Knockout Stage.

Semifinals will be played over two legs (October 13–15 and October 20–22), followed by the Final and third-place matches on December 1 (first legs) and December 5 (second legs).

Crucially, both finalists and the third-place finisher will qualify for the 2027 Concacaf Champions Cup. The Caribbean Cup champion receives a bye directly to the Round of 16.

The May 26 draw will use a single-masked system with five pots, based on the Concacaf Club Ranking as of May 25, 2026:

Clubs will be drawn sequentially into Groups A and B, with each group ultimately receiving one club from each pot.

The seven outstanding qualification spots will be filled by: CFU Club Shield (2): Champion and runner-up, Haiti (1): Champion des Champions winner, Jamaica (2): 2025–26 JPL champion and runner-up, Dominican Republic (1): 2026 Liga Dominicana de Fútbol champion, Suriname (1): 2025–26 Suriname Major League champion.

Mount Pleasant FA of Jamaica enters as the defending champions, having captured their first Caribbean Cup title in 2025 with a 3–2 aggregate victory over Universidad O&M FC.
