Brooklyn, NY. Excitement filled the air as TeamCare Medical proudly hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening for its new primary care services facility at 629 Park Place in Brooklyn. The event brought together members of the media, elected officials, healthcare providers, and community partners to celebrate the launch of this vital resource in the heart of Crown Heights.
The new facility reflects TeamCare Medical’s mission to deliver personalized, whole-person primary care that addresses physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being. “Seeing so many hands knocking [on our door], curious about who we are, has been so profoundly moving. Tara Buonocore-Rut, President and CEO of CenterLight Health System and TeamCare Medical, emphasized the importance of prevention. “People shouldn’t have to be in crisis to get healthcare.
