BUDAPEST, Hungary, CMC – Cayman Islands swimmer Jordan Crooks added another accolade to his illustrious career after clinching the bronze medal in the 100-meter freestyle final at the World Aquatics Swimming Championships in Budapest on Thursday.

The 22-year-old touched the wall in a blistering 45.48 seconds, narrowly edged out by Brazil’s Guilherme Santos, who claimed silver at 45.47, and the USA’s Jack Alexy, who took gold with 45.38.
