Premiering October 10th, the new season opens with Soca Queen Denise “Saucy Wow” Belfon, setting the tone for a season filled with heat, laughter, and cultural pride. This edition features a bold “One Caribbean” theme, celebrating the unity and diversity of the islands, as TEMPO marks its 20th year of shaping Caribbean media.
Since its 2021 debut, Hot Ones Caribbean has taken audiences across the region from Trinidad’s fiery scorpion pepper to Jamaica’s iconic Scotch Bonnet and the U.S. Virgin Islands’ bold flavors. This season, the show levels up, uniting the Caribbean through shared stories, spice, and soul.
