NEW YORK, CMC – A Delta airlines flight en route to The Bahamas on Wednesday morning from JFK International airport was forced to return after hitting a bird shortly after takeoff.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Delta Air Lines Flight 1907 returned to the airport around 9:45 a.m. (local time).
No injuries were reported. The FAA is investigating the incident.
