I am glad to know that my elected Officials are giving Amazon $1.5 to $2 billion in tax incentives in order to erect a new Headquarters here in New York City.
My elected Officials ignored my pleas as a small business owner while we endured six years of road construction in front of my shop here in Brooklyn, and I had no tax abatement.
Amazon is the toxic that has destroyed our neighborhoods and gutted small businesses.
Amazon is perhaps the reason that you are probably seeing more and more vacant store fronts where you live.
