In keeping with CASWA motto which is to embrace, educate and empower families in our communities CASWA forum highlighted the following topics: Caring for the Elderly by Beverly Lyons, Ph.D; Professor,Long Island University; EmpoweringWomen, by Rev. Denise Hylton; Child Welfare by President, Elsa Kum, LMSW, and Autism, by AlishaGriffith, Au.d; SMARTFITFAM
The information was well received by the community and CASWA will continue to effectively bridge the gap within communities by disseminatingParticipants at the CASWA meeting informational resources.
