PHILADELPHIA, USA, CMC – The highly anticipated Philadelphia Grand Slam is set to deliver fireworks as Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone makes her professional 100m hurdles debut in the Women’s short hurdles race group.

This star-studded lineup will feature a historic first-ever clash between three reigning Slam Champions. Ackera Nugent crowned the Miami Slam Champion, will square off with McLaughlin-Levrone, a two-time Slam Champion, and Danielle Williams, the Kingston Slam Champion.

Adding to the excitement, Swiss hurdling sensation Ditaji Kambundji will debut her Grand Slam Track, rounding out a fiercely competitive field battling for the $100,000 prize.

Another must-watch duel will unfold in the Women’s short sprints race group, where Gabby Thomas gets another shot at rival Melissa Jefferson-Wooden.

Their last battle in Miami ended in a nail-biting finish, with Jefferson-Wooden edging Thomas 18-17 to claim the title.

The league also unveiled a stacked Men’s short hurdles race group, featuring USA’s Cordell Tinch and Trey Cunningham (USA), Lorenzo Simonelli (Italy) and Jakub Szymański (Poland)
