York Caribbean Cup Soccer Tournament is schedule to kick off on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 1:30 PM with three schedule games at the spacious Thomas Jefferson Sport Complex125-08 Flatland Ave, Brooklyn, NY. This year marks the twenty sixth anniversary of the New York Caribbean Cup Tournament.

The Caribbean Cup Tournament is a yearly event where fans and supporters of the various Caribbean countries come together to socialize; raise their flags and voices as they cheer on their favorite teams and players.

The tournament will run from Sunday, May 21st through Sunday, September 3rd culminating with the championship game on Labor Day Sunday. This year’s theme will spotlight both the heightened level of the competition on the field and the significant growth of soccer in the United States.

Caribbean Cup’s main goal is to continue to drive toward becoming the most respected and recognized tournament in the tristate area.
This year, Caribbean Cup will be taking on a new initiative, as the organizers will be exporting the Caribbean Cup brand soccer to East Orange, New Jersey. Four top Caribbean Cup teams will be displaying their talents – Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Haiti and Jamaica. The Venue will be the Paul Robeson Stadium in East Orange NJ on June 11, 2017.

The organizers hope by introducing the brand to a new audience, will increase fan support and raise community awareness of the Caribbean culture and, also the love and respect for the beautiful game.

It is a community based organization whose purpose is to bring together the cultural diversities of the soccer playing Caribbean community for four (4) months of exciting soccer late spring through the summer months.
